Choosing Redmine for Puny Human

I just wrote up a blog post over here about how Puny Human, the independent game development studio I am a part of, went about choosing a project management tool and why. In the future, I’ll go over how to effectively use Redmine, how to choose a project management tool, about the open-development model of Puny Human and how they will use it, and my personal favorite; how to build an effect project workflow. I also feel obligated to write a series of guides for modder-to-indie teams and groups.

I have a lot of stuff I want to write about in particular, especially regarding Puny Human, but I also intend on updating with more personal things, such as book reviews, opinions about project management methodologies and behaviors, and the like. I’m in the middle of a lot of books (I’d link my Amazon reading list, but it’s apparently only available for my Linkedin Connections, bummer) and I have a feeling that I’ll have a lot to say.
